Hi, my name is Sam and I just love people! I am also personally energised by change and as you can see below these passions are at the core of my professional offerings. 

Sometimes people face change through no choice of their own. Some people reach a crossroads where they think they 'should' or, indeed, actively want to make a change. 

 In both scenarios I love to support.

Most of my time at the moment is spent working as a Change Manager through my colleague Brian's consultancy business, Knowledge Connections Ltd

I also offer Team Development, Training, and Meeting Facilitation both  virtually or face to face if feasible.

In 2025 I am focused  on building up my private Coaching practice. I have been a Coach for 15 years and my specialist areas are confidence and career coaching. Watch this space though as  this is developing too
